LAS VEGAS – Trevin Giles beat Roman Dolidze with a unanimous decision Saturday on the preliminary card at UFC on ESPN 21 in Las Vegas.

Take a look inside the fight with Giles, who won for the third straight time after a two-fight skid in 2019.

Giles on the fight’s key moment

“It shows that I can fight through the rounds and that I have perseverance, as well. It feels good. Every fight isn’t an easy finish. It just shows I can hang in there and do the three rounds.

“… I thought it was a great fight and a great win. I had fun out there. People don’t know the extent of my skills, but as I fight they’ll find out.”

Giles on being a dangerous fighter

“I’m on a streak right now. I just proved that I can hurt you. I’m dangerous through all three rounds. I have KO power through all three rounds. Even if I’m tired, I can still knock you out and hurt you. It sends the message that if you’re going to fight me, win or lose you aren’t going to come out unscathed.”

Giles on what he wants next

“I’m going to start drawing some higher-ranked people. I’m getting on that verge right now. I just look at it on a fight-by-fight basis. I don’t really look at the rankings. If one of those guys crossed my contract, I’d look at them like anybody else. I study them, go through camp and go in there to dominate.”
